I am the owner and operator of Blacklist Tattoo in Portland, Oregon and i make tattoos Sunday through Thursday. On Sunday's i am walk-in only and you can pick from my book of flash line drawings, anything on the walls of the shop or any reasonable design you bring in. Time for full on custom drawings is usually fairly limited on Sundays.
